Minimise (production) downtime
Novatio offers an extremely efficient system for installing an epoxy floor. With just one product, Poxycon, you can quickly and easily fortify, repair, level and finish your floor. By using a primer, there is no need for sanding, which saves you a lot of time, but also prevents dust accumulation.

Inspection
In most cases, a Novatio Epoxy floor can simply be installed on top of the old floor. However, it is extremely important to first assess the state of the current floor in order to make the right preparations.
Preparation
To obtain a nice clean result, proper preparation is essential. The old floor is thoroughly cleaned and any holes, cracks or unevenness are concealed. Finally, a primer and/or impregnating agent is applied to strengthen the floor and maximise adhesion.
Installation
After all preparations, the epoxy floor is installed. Our epoxy solutions are quick and easy to process and can be adapted to any colour preferences.
Finishing
Safety first! Line markings, walking zones and other markings can also be applied with our epoxy solutions. Scatter grains can also be used to provide an extra anti-slip top layer.
