Description

Cordless plastic staple repair tool (300 g) for structural repair and assembly of all thermoplastics. Compatible with Milwaukee, DeWalt, Bosch and Makita 18V batteries. Repairs cracked bumpers, dashboards, housings, tanks and containers without adhesive, primer or material identification. Includes 3 types of pre-cut staples (75 pieces) and 3 plastic smoothers.

Instructions

  • Attach a compatible 18V battery (Milwaukee/DeWalt native, Bosch/Makita via adapter) 
  • Press and hold the on/off button until the red READY LED lights up 
  • Select the appropriate staple type: squiggle (crack ends), winding (large cracks) or inside corner (90° angles) 
  • Place the staple in the terminals, position on the crack and press the operating button 
  • Press the heated staple to approx. half the plastic thickness (max 1.0–1.5 mm) 
  • Allow to cool, remove the handpiece and repeat along the full crack 
  • Break off protruding staple parts and finish with the heated Plastic Smart Smoother
