Description

Trimfix WT is a spray adhesive in aerosol, based on synthetic rubber. It stands out for its special web-technology (WT). Through the combination of the adhesive and the special spray nozzle it can be sprayed in a web-structure, which delivers very good results on rough surfaces. Trimfix WT is ideal where spraying equipment, a brush or other application techniques can't be used.

  • Basis: synthetic rubber in a mixture of organic solvents.
  • Specific weight: 0,8 kg/litre.
  • Solid materials: 15 % +/-1%.
  • Colour: yellow-transparent.
  • Drying time: between 10 and 60 minutes.
  • Open working time: max. 3 minutes.
  • Temperature resistance 50°C constant - peak: 100°C.
  • Consumption: 5 to 6 m² for a light connection.
  • Packaging: aerosol 400 ml.
  • Cleaning agent: Novatio Safety Clean.
  • Spray width is variable from +/- 2,5 cm till 12 cm.
  • Shelf life: 36 months, keep dry, cool and frost-free.
  • Safety measures: consult the Safety Data Sheet.

Instructions

  • Shake before use.
  • Apply on a clean, dry substrate; if necessary, clean with Multifoam and/or Safety Clean first.
  • Spray on both surfaces and allow to dry for ± 3 minutes before joining together (apply two layers on very porous materials).
  • After use, empty the spray head by holding the can upside down.        

Not suitable for bonding polystyrene, PVC film and not suited for applications above 50°C where peeling forces occur.

This spray can is equipped with a rotatable nozzle in 3 flow modes: Low, Medium and High.
