Description
Solvent-free, does not attack materials, is ecological and odourless. Maximises its adhesion surface by expanding slightly and is highly resistant to solvents after curing.

MITRE GLUE FOR ALUMINIUM CORNER PIECES
- Colour: beige.
- Thixotropic reactive PU adhesive.
- Density: 1.45 g/ml.
- UV-resistance: good.
- Shear strength: 250 g/cm².
- Shear strength wood/wood: 100 N/cm².
- Shear strength metal/metal: 140 N/cm².
- Shear strength stone/stone: 115 N/cm².
- Temperature resistance: -30°C to +80°C.
- Application temperature: +5°C to +30°C.
- Open working time at 23°C and 55% RH: 10 to 15 minutes.
- Hand-tight: depending on the thickness of the adhesive, the material, temperature and humidity, 30 > 60 minutes.
- Final adhesion: depending on the thickness of the adhesive, the material, humidity and temperature, 24 to 48 hours.
- Not suitable for underwater applications or on PE, PP, PTFE and bituminous materials.
- Do not expose to vapours or liquids with a high chlorine content.
- Shelf life: 12 months, store in closed packaging and dry between +5°C and +25°C.
Instructions
As from 24 August 2023 adequate training is required before industrial or professional use.
- Single-sided application on clean and dry surfaces.
- If necessary, clean with Multifoam and/or Safety Clean.
- Spread according to application, join the materials to be bonded.
- Fresh adhesive can be removed with Nova Wipe; cured adhesive can only be removed mechanically.
- Moistening the adhesive slightly (maximum 20 ml per m2) expedites the curing process.
