Description

The Novatio 2K Solid Lite Gun is a manual dispensing gun for 600 ml two-component cartridges with a 1:1 mix ratio. Its snap-fit attachment system, high gear reduction ratio, and integrated anti-drip function provide accurate, drip-free dispensing of high-viscosity 2K products. The carbon-reinforced nylon construction guarantees a long service life under professional use conditions.

Application

  • Application of Novatio 2K Low MDI PU (PUB-1368) for sealing and bonding. 
  • Dispensing of high-viscosity two-component adhesives and sealants from 600 ml 1:1 cartridges.

Instructions

Preparation:

  • Insert the 600 ml 2K cartridge (1:1) into the gun via the snap-fit system until it locks audibly.
  • Attach the static mixer to the cartridge opening.
  • Adjust the set screw if required.

 

Application:

  • Depress the trigger gradually for consistent dispensing.
  • Release the trigger to stop dispensing — the brake prevents dripping.
