Description
- A synthetic, pressure-sensitive transparent adhesive on roll. It has been designed to provide a very strong bond between a wide variety of materials and substrates.
- Can be used immediately on clean, dry and grease-proof surfaces.
- Is excellent for bonding "difficult" materials such as glass, metal, wood, rubber and plastics including polyethylene.
Application
Building: mounting of connections for protective plates of drain pipes, insulating material in polypropylene, filter membranes for road construction; bonding of light insulating plates, connections in synthetic material,....
Furniture industry: mounting of laminated decorative frames and fixing of corners on furniture.
Car industry: fixing of insulating material, name-plates and signs,... .
Construction: bonding of side and roof panels on caravans.

- Tensile strength: 60 N/cm² after 10 min.; 80 N/cm² after 24 hours.
- Application weight: 405 g/m².
- Temperature resistance: -10°C to +50°C.
- Static shear FTM8: 0,5kg -25mm x 25mm/+20°C.
- Application temperature: > +10°C.
- Water absorption: 0%.
- Thickness: 0,4 mm.
- Pressure needed to achieve 20% compression: 1,6 kg/cm².
- U.V. resistance: bad - exposure to UV light should be avoided.
- Tolerance: thickness and width < 10%.
- Shelf life: 36 months, keep dry, cool and frost-proof.
Instructions
Apply on dry and clean surface.
If necessary, first clean with Safety Clean and / or Multifoam.
Press firmly.
