Description
Nova Clear Tape is a high quality, polyurethane film with acrylic glue. Nova Clear Tape is 100% transparent and can be moulded and painted.
Application
Protects against chemical pollution, grit, rust, scratches,... vibrations, friction, ... .
Protects aluminium, stainless steel, chromium plate, PU, glass, lacquer, acrylic plastic, ABS,...

- Film: polyurethane.
- Glue: acrylic glue.
- Colour: transparent.
- Application temp.: +8°C to +50°C.
- Temp. resistance: -40°C to +90°C.
- Tensile strength: 13,5 N/mm².
- Elasticity: > 75%.
- Conservation of quality: for 7 years.
- Adherence to: raw aluminium, anodised aluminium, stainless steel, chromed steel, polyurethane, glass, acrylic, ABS,... .
- Important: do not apply on soft surfaces or surfaces that can brake, peel, shrink or expand.
- Time Grade Bonding 20 min. 90° >900 N/m 20 min. 180° >600 N/m 24 h 90° >530 N/m 24 h 180° >700 N/m.
- First test foundations based on PE, PP, silicones and bitumen for adhesion.
- Shelf life: 36 months, keep dry, cool and frost-proof.
Instructions
- Cut to the desired shape and round the corners.
- Apply on a clean and dry surface. If necessary, first clean with Safety Clean and / or Multifoam.
- Remove protective film, apply and rub with a plastic spatula.
