Description
HL-Fix is a high-quality hook and loop system woven of 100% polyamide and is provided with an acrylate adhesive water-based layer. Due to the fine weaving structure, HL-Fix shows no elongation or shrinkage, and can therefore also be applied on uneven surfaces. HL-Fix has a very high tensile strain. Yet it can be opened easily. HL-Fix can be opened and closed up to 10.000 times.
Application
4 types available: hook band, loop band, "harpoon" design hook and loop, back-to-back.
- HL-Fix Harpoon band is specially developed for a direct adhesion on loopshaped woven carpet, easy to dismount and leaves no traces.
- HL-fix Back to Back is an ideal bundling system for cables, hoses and other objects. It can always be reopened and reused and is therefore ideal for bundling cable bundles of computers, audio/ video, where, due the minor press-on force, no damage to the conductor is possible.

- Temp, resistance: -30°C to +140°C.
- Tensile strength: 2.3 N/cm width.
- Peel off force: 10 N/cm².
- Thickness: 3 mm (+/- 0.5 mm) (after closing).
- Acrylate adhesive Material: acrylate water based adhesive.
- Temp, resistance: -15°C to +110°C.
- Application temp.: +20°C.
- To be applied: on a clean, degreased, solid and dry surface. Press on very well. Apply at room temperature.
- Max. bonding strength: after 72 hours.
- Resistance:
- UV: good;
- aliphatic solvents: good;
- aromates: good;
- water (cold): moderate.
- Removal: dissolves in hot water (90°C).
- First test foundations based on PE, PP, silicones and bitumen for adhesion (see each tape).
- Shelf life: 36 months, keep dry, cool and frost-free.
Instructions
Apply on dry and clean surface. If necessary, clean with Safety Clean and / or Multifoam.
Press well.
