Description

Novalu 100 gives metal surfaces a cathodic protection against rust and contains 99.5% pure aluminum. The aluminum is anchored to the metal by the attached synthetic resin. At high temperatures, the resin evaporates and a pure aluminum film is formed by fusing with the metal surface.

  • Composition: aluminium pf 99,5% purity with synthetic resin and solvent additives plus ozonsafe propellant.
  • Best application results: use under room temperature.
  • Spraying distance: 20 to 25 cm.
  • Curing time: fast drying.
  • Heat resistance: up to 800°C: continuous; up to 970°C: during short time.
  • Shelf life: 24 months, keep dry, cool and frost-proof.

Instructions

  • Shake the can well after releasing the mixing ball.
  • Apply on a dry and clean surface. If necessary, first clean and degrease with Safety Clean and / or Multifoam.
  • Sand and dust the surface if necessary.
  • Apply Novalu 100 in thin layers from +/- 25 cm.
  • Empty the nozzle spraying with the can upside down.
