Description
Galvatron is composed of pure zinc powder (95%) for galvanic protection and epoxy resin for unique adhesion to all metals. Applied to ferritic metals and aluminum, it forms a hard but flexible zinc layer. This offers good corrosion resistance, thanks to an electrochemical reaction, even if the coating is weathered or damaged.

- Repair of hot galvanized surfaces damaged by soldering, cuts, vibration, ... .
- Reconditioning of pumps, tanks and compressors in the chemical industry
- Protection of soldering points against corrosion
- Protection of maritime installations that have been corroded by salty water
- Replaces hot galvanization
- Reconditions galvanized parts that have been damaged by the weather
- As an anti-rust layer for cars, trailers, heavy equipment, ... .

- Salt Spray Test DIN 50021 + DIN53210: 60 mu 250 hours → Ri 0.
- Temperature resistance: +315°C.
- Drying time: dry after 3 minutes.
- Water resistance: after 15 minutes.
- Second layer: after 15-30 minutes.
- Can be repainted: after 24 to 48 hours (with the majority of paints).
- Hardening: after 14 days; accelerated: 30 minutes at 150°C.
- Shelf life: 24 months, keep dry, cool and frost-proof.

Instructions
- Sand if necessary first.
- After releasing the mixing ball, shake well before use.
- Apply from +/- 30 cm on a clean, dry, rust-free and cold surface.
- 2 thin layers give the best results.
- Empty the nozzle by spraying with the can upside down.
