Description
Steel protection against rust. Easy to weld without splashing or burning away, with spot welding or semi-automatic.
Forms a perfect rust protection with optimum adhesion.
Perfectly sprayable thanks to its fine composition, with a spray pattern like that of a conventional spray gun.

- Composition: synthetic polyvinyl resins, iron oxides, silicates, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons.
- Colour: red-brown.
- Aspect: matt.
- Viscosity: 17 sec. DIN4 (20°C).
- Dry substances: 72% (weight).
- Drying time:
- dust dry: 10 min. 20°C / 65% R.H.;
- touch dry 30 min. 20°C / 65% R.H.;
- dry: 1 hour 20°C / 65% R.H.
- Recommended layer thickness: 9-16 micron.
- Shelf life: 24 months, keep dry, cool and frost-proof.

Instructions
- After releasing the mixing ball, shake the can well before use.
- Apply on a clean and dry surface. If necessary, clean with Safety Clean and / or Multifoam.
- Apply only 1 thin covering layer. Spraying distance: 30 cm.
- Empty the nozzle by spraying with the can upside down.
- Respect drying times.
Easy Weld Primer is not a primer before paintwork. Apply a Novafill Flex primer before finishing with lacquer.
