Description
- A dry lubricant with a very long standing time developed for applications on light-duty mechanical components which do not allow residual grease or oil. Does not stain and stays clean.
- After a few minutes Nova PTFE Dry forms a good adhesive film with a low friction coefficient which protects slow moving parts from wear, noise interference and seizing.
- Is weather resistant and temperature resistant from -50°C to +250°C.

- Machine, window and door conductors.
- Locks and hinges, even from ovens.
- Convertible roofs, seat belts, tow bars and windscreen wipers.
- Seat and side window guides.
- Moving parts in automation.

- Based on: polytetrafluoroethylene.
- VOC content: ± 99%.
- Colour: transparent white.
- Appearance: white powder.
- Vapour pressure at +20°C: 3 to 4 bars.
- Particle size: 5 μm.
- Temperature resistance: from -50°C to +250°C.
- Drying time: ± 5 minutes.
- Ideal application temperature: +5°C to +30°C.
- Shelf life: 120 months, dry, cool and frost-proof.
Instructions
- Shake the can well before use.
- Spray a thin layer of Nova PTFE Dry on a clean surface.
The PTFE film is formed after a few minutes.
