Description
Ovencleaner FS is a rapid-action cleaner for cooking appliances and equipment in kitchens and institutional catering. Ovencleaner FS can be used for HACCP-compliant cleaning, following the prescribed techniques and regulations.
Application
Removes baked-on dirt such as fat and protein in ovens and on baking sheets, oven dishes and grills. Also ideal for barbecues, gas barbecues and barbecue smokers.

- Solubility in water: fully soluble.

- Shelf life: 48 months in a cool, dry place, protected from frost, with good ventilation.

Instructions
- Optimal effect when used in the oven at 70°C.
- Stubborn dirt: spray on undiluted, leave for 10 minutes to take effect and activate with a brush. Repeat treatment if necessary.
- Ordinary dirt: 1 part Ovencleaner FS to 10 parts hot water.
- Immersion: 1 part Ovencleaner FS to 20 parts hot water. Soak for 10 minutes.
- Steamer: dosage dependent on the amount of dirt; spray on.
- Always rinse with clean water afterwards.
- Suitable for use with high-pressure cleaners. Not for use on aluminium and aluminium alloys.
