Description
BCL-110 Brake Cleaner is a powerful, fast drying cleaner, specially developed for the efficient removal of grease, oil, dirt and brake dust from brake and clutch parts such as discs, drums and calipers. The product provides a powerful spray action, leaves no residue and is safe for metal surfaces. Thanks to its fast evaporation and effective action, it improves the performance and service life of brake systems, while its ease of use and high cleaning power save time and effort for professional users.
Application
- Cleaning of brake parts: removing brake dust, grease and oil from brake discs, pads, calipers, drum brakes and brake cylinders.
- Clutch parts maintenance: cleaning clutch plates and pressure plates.
- Engine Maintenance: degreasing engine blocks, gaskets and mechanical parts for inspection or repair.
- Wheel Cleaning: removing grease and dirt from rims and suspension systems.
- Machine maintenance: cleaning of moving parts, bearings, gears and hydraulic components.
- Tool cleaning.
- Metalworking: removing lubricants and oils from metal parts prior to assembly, coating or welding.
- Electrical components: cleaning electrical contacts, cables and switches (only on de-energised parts).

- Odour: characteristic.
- Vapour pressure at 20°C (hPa): 60 hPa.
- Flash point: -9°C.
- Application temperature 10°C–35°C.
- Shelf life: 24 months. Store in a dry, cool and frost-free place in the original packaging.
Instructions
- Shake well before use.
- Do not use on live parts or at temperatures above 50°C.
- Before use on potentially sensitive materials, test on a less visible or inconspicuous area.
- Spray directly onto the surface to be cleaned.
- Leave to work for a while and wipe off with a clean, dry cloth.
