Description
This one-component , MEKO free, neutral silicone is suitable for the structural and elastic sealing of expansion joints, seams, cracks and passages.
Application
Thanks to its high chemical resistance, it is also suitable for permanent water and moisture loads such as swimming pools, jacuzzi, shower and bathroom applications, air conditioning systems, kitchen construction, ....

- Basis: MEKO free neutral silicone.
- Form: elastic paste.
- Appearance: colourless shiny.
- Skin formation (23°C 50% R.H.): 15 minutes.
- Bond-free (23°C 50% R.H.): 10 minutes.
- Hardening (23°C 50% R.H.): 2mm/24h.
- Volume shrinkage: after curing <4%.
- Tensile strength: 130N/cm².
- Hardness: (ISO 868) 25 Shore A.
- Thermal stability: -40°C to +150°C.
- Processing temperature: +5°C to +40°C.
- Adherence: excellent, except for PE-PP-Teflon-Bitumen.
- Elongation at break: 700%.
- E-modulus: 100% 0,32 MPa.
- Paintable: Not paintable.
- Mould and bacteria resistance after curing: 1 (highest class).
- Shelf life: Minimum 12 months.

Instructions
Processing temperature from +5°C to +40°C.
Apply to clean and stable substrate. If necessary, clean with Safety Clean and/or Multifoam and finish with Seal & Bond Finisher.
Apply with manual or air caulking gun (best with telescopic plunger).
Test the adhesion to plastics, powder coatings, exotic woods and bituminous materials. Start by strengthening weak and/or porous substrates with Fixapox.
Swimming pool application: allow to harden for at least 7 days before contact with chlorinated water.
Ideal adhesive thickness for optimal adhesion strength: 3mm.
Use in jointing and sealing:
Minimum joint width: 4mm.
Maximum joint width: 25mm.
Maximum joint depth: 10mm.
Joint ratio:
Joint width in mm: 5 10 15 20 25.
Joint depth in mm: 5 6 10 10 10.
If necessary, bring the joint to the suitable depth with convex filling.
Can not be painted.
