Description
Synthetic rubber polymer based on pigmented siloxanes with good adhesion to metal, aluminium, galvanisation, polyester, wood, concrete complex, glass, most rubbers and plastics, natural stone (does not bleed through), brick, concrete, acrylic, ceramics, both mutually and in combination. Good adhesion to painted or powder-coated surfaces. Unlike previous generations of silicone products, Sealtrans is free of known toxic or harmful substances and is entirely MEKO-free.

- Module by 100% elasticity (DIN53504): 0,37 N/mm².
- Elongation at break (DIN 53504): 900%.
- Elastic recovery: >70%.
- Tensile strength (DIN53504): 1,40 N/mm².
- Movement capacity: 25%.
- Consistency (ISO 7390): stable till <2mm.
- Curing: in contact with air humidity.
- Application temperature: between +5°C and +40°C.
- Skin cure (at 23°C and 55% RH): 20-25min.
- Full cure time (at 23°C and 55% RH): 3 mm in 24h.
- Volume shrinkage after curing (DIN EN ISO 10563): 0%.
- Paintable: no.
- Density at 23° and 50% RH 1,03 g/ml.
- Thermal stability (fully cured): from -60°C up to + 155°C ( peak +180°C).
- Frost resistance: till -15°C during transport.
- Shelf life: 18 months, kept dry and cool in closed original packing.

Instructions
- Apply to clean and dry substrates, above 5°C.
- Finish seams with Novatio Seal & Bond Finisher. Use Seal & Bond Special Primer on PE, PP, Teflon and polyolefin. Not paintable.
