Description
Seal & Bond MS Screen Plus is a 1-component adhesive based on MS Polymers that hardens due to air humidity. Seal & Bond MS Screen Plus requires no primer and dries quickly. Seal & Bond MS Screen Plus has a high initial adhesion and an excellent permanent adhesion to varnishes, bare metals, glass, PVC, aluminum. Seal & Bond MS Screen Plus has a high tensile strength and shows no signs of age. Easy removal of non hardened adhesive residues. Opened cartridge can be stored for a long time.

- Basis: MS polymer.
- Colour: black.
- Relative density: 1.5g/m².
- Viscosity: paste.
- Shore hardness (DIN 53503): 50 Shore A after three weeks at 23 °C / 50% relative air humidity.
- Shrinkage (DIN52451): < 5%.
- Density (DIN EN 27390): non-sagging up to a 40 mm thick joint.
- Tensile strength at break: > 450%.
- Modulus E at 100% strength: 1.0 N/mm2 23°C (DIN 53504 S2).
- Tensile strength (DIN 53504 S2): 2.3 N/mm².
- Skin formation: +/- 5 min.
- Tack free: after 24 hours 2.5 mm, after 48 hours 3.5 mm.
- Hardening speed: 6 hours at 23°C at RH of 50%.
- Temperature limits: from -40°C to 90 °C.
- Application temperature: lowest +5 °C – highest 40 °C.
- Chemical strength:
- good with water, seawater, aliphatic solvents, oils, grease, thinned organic acids and lyes;
- average: ester, ketone bodies and aromatics;
- poor: concentrated acids, chloride solvents;
- Storage life: 12 months, dry, cool and frostfree.

Instructions
- Remove at least a part of the old windscreen adhesive.
- Degrease the adhesive surface with Novatio Safety Clean and blow dry.
- Clean the windscreen with Novatio Safety Clean an Novatio Multifoam: spray, wipe with a cloth and wipe off with a cloth clean.
- Apply Seal & Bond MS Screen Plus equally to the vehicle or on the window.
- Open the windows, place the windscreen press, correct and apply more pressure if necessary (within 2 minutes).
