Description
Easy Seal adheres without pre-treatment to clean and dry surfaces such as: most metals, powder coating, lacquer, paint, glass, PVC, polyester, wood, ... . Also applicable between polyethylene and polypropylene. Because of its excellent UV and weather resistance, Easy Seal is also extremely suitable for outdoor applications on recreational vehicles such as mobile homes, trailers and caravans.
Application
- Sealing of overlapping parts, screw joints, sealing rubbers, sunroofs, domes, electrical components, light boxes, lighting, cable passages, rear lights, ventilation grids, ... .
- Sealing glass in rubber.

LONG-LASTINGLY PLIABLE AND STICKY SEALING PASTE
- Base material: polyisobutylene, synthetic resins, mineral fillers, and solvents.
- Form: paste.
- Colour: pale grey.
- Stable form: after evaporation of the solvents.
- Specific gravity: 1.4 g/cm³.
- Open time (20°C/50% relative humidity): approx. 3 hours.
- Solvent percentage: approx. 11%.
- Temperature resistance: -30°C to 100°C.
- Application temperature: from +5°C to +35°C.
- UV resistance: high.
- Weatherfastness: high.
- Paintable: no.
- Shelf life: 24 months, in closed original packaging, dry, cool and frost-free.

Instructions
- Apply Easy Seal between the materials, join the parts together, press, and smooth down.
- Any excess Easy Seal can be dabbed away easily after a few minutes with Easy Seal.
- The material can be cleaned if necessary with Safety Clean.
- Easy Seal remains slightly sticky after evaporation of the solvents.
