Description

Carseal Spray remains flexible and cures under the influence of air humidity, without releasing isocyanates. Carseal Spray can be painted immediately, even wet in wet. Carseal Spray contains no solvents and no isocyanates and is even safe to use on styrofoam.

Application

  • protection of floorplates, thresholds and battery trays.
  • bonding of aluminum to glass, aluminum to wood.
  • as sound insulation of, among other things, engine and machine rooms, ....

  • Viscosity: sprayable paste.
  • Skin cure: 20 min. at 23°C - 50% R.H.
  • Curing at 23°C - 50% R.H.:
    • 3 mm at 24 h;
    • 5 mm at 48 h.
  • Hardness Shore A: 45.
  • Ultimate elongation: 450%.
  • Tensile strength: 7 N/mm².
  • Temperature resistance: -40°C to +90°C; shortly: +140°C.
  • Application temperature: from +5°C up to +40°C.
  • Colour: beige and black.
  • Shelf life: 12 months, keep dry, cool and frost-proof.
  • Safety measures: consult the Safety Data Sheet.

Instructions

  • Apply on a clean substrate.
  • Brush or dab to obtain desired result.

With structure gun (Novatio Mastergun).

  • Mount the adjusted spray nozzle on the prepared cartridge and place it in the gun.
  • Adjust air pressure according to the application.

Remove excess product with Safety Clean.

Immediately paintable after rapid skin formation.
