Novatech International recently took an important step in reducing its carbon footprint with an investment in solar energy. Solar panels were installed at the Olen and Herentals sites, enabling the company to run a large part of its operations with renewable energy.

A total of 474 solar panels were installed, which are expected to provide an annual output of around 250,000 kilowatt hours (kWh). According to calculations, this could meet up to 65% of the total electricity demand.
