Novaflush DPF One

• Mount the probe on the gun. Use the metal probe for direct access to the DPF. The flexible probe is indicated for application via the pressure sensor.  
• Fill the reservoir with 750 ml of Novaflush DPF One. Connect it to a compressed air line with a maximum pressure of 4 bar (58 PSI).  
• Put the vehicle in a well-ventilated area.  
• Allow the exhaust system to cool to 40°C or below (lukewarm). Higher temperatures reduce effectiveness. 
• Place a collection tray under the exhaust to catch the dripping fluid.  
• Remove the pressure sensor at the front of the particulate filter.
• Choose the most appropriate atomiser for the application and insert it into the opening of the pressure sensor. Spray in the direction of the DPF, towards the rear.  
• Spray the entire tank (750 ml) of Novaflush DPF One empty. 
• Allow Novaflush DPF One to soak for 30 minutes. 
• Fill the reservoir of the DPF Gun with 750 ml Novaflush DPF Two and spray the entire contents of the tank empty towards the DPF.  
• Fill the reservoir of the DPF Gun with 750 ml of clean water and spray the entire contents of the tank empty in the direction of the DPF.  
• Now spray air through the exhaust system, towards the DPF, for 3 minutes. 
• Fit the pressure sensor and start the car. Let the engine run idle for about 20 minutes. Then start a forced regeneration or do a test drive at increasingly higher speeds. It is normal if foam and/or white smoke comes out of the exhaust during this process.

Maintenance Novaflush DPF Gun
After each filter cleaning, flush the gun with 250 ml of water to remove any residues of Novaflush DPF. Store the dried gun in a dry and dust-free environment.

Prevention and maintenance guidelines
The result of the treatment can be sustained by adding Novafuel Powerkleen to the fuel for cleaning the injection and combustion circuit (stimulating the regeneration of the particulate filter). Specifically for the maintenance of the DPF, Novafuel DPF Care is recommended.
