Omschrijving

Draadloze kunststof-nietmachine (300 g) voor structurele reparatie en montage van alle thermoplasten. Compatibel met Milwaukee, DeWalt, Bosch en Makita 18V batterijen. Repareert gescheurde bumpers, dashboards, behuizingen, tanks en containers zonder lijm, primer of materiaalidentificatie. Inclusief 3 types pre-cut nietjes (75 stuks) en 3 plastic smoothers.

Technische documenten

Gebruik

  • Plaats een compatibele 18V batterij (Milwaukee/DeWalt native, Bosch/Makita via adapter).
  • Houd de aan/uit-knop ingedrukt tot de rode READY-LED oplicht.
  • Selecteer het juiste niet-type: squiggle (uiteinden), winding (grote scheuren) of inside corner (90°-hoeken).
  • Plaats het nietje in de terminals, positioneer op de scheur en druk de bedieningsknop in.
  • Druk het verhitte nietje tot ca. de helft van de kunststofdikte in (max 1,0–1,5 mm).
  • Laat afkoelen, verwijder het handstuk en herhaal over de volledige scheur.
  • Breek uitstekende niet-delen af en werk af met de verwarmde Plastic Smart Smoother.
